His Excellency, Mr. Adebisi Omoyeni is a graduate of the University of Lagos, Akoka where he bagged a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Insurance, Masters Degree in
International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) and a MastersDegree in Banking and Finance
(MBF).

He was the Deputy Governor of Ekiti State (on leave of absence from Wema Bank), from
where he was recalled in November, 2005 to become the Group Managing Director/
Chief Executive Officer of Wema Bank Plc, where he had worked in various capacities and
held different portfolios including: Executive Director (Resource Management and Services)
Executive Director (Investment & International Banking), Executive Director
(Investment Banking & Public Sector) ad Executive Director (Retail Banking)

Mr. Omoyeni is on the board of several other companies aside from beign the Chairman of
Wema Securities & Finance Plc

Gbenga holds an MBA in Marketing Management and a B.Sc in Banking and Finance from Lagos State University, Ojo, and Ogun State University Ago Iwoye respectively.He equally holds an Msc. Degree i Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Chartered Banker, Stockbroker and Tax Consultant He is also an Alumnus of the Prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS).

Prior to joining WEMASEC, he was an Audit Senior with the accounting firm of Kunle Osinaike & Co. He became CEO on the 1st of May, 2007

Tade holds a Bachelors degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Business Administration from the Lagos State University. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

He was in WEMA Bank Plc between 1991 and 1998 before joining WEMASEC, where he started and grew the Energy sector as PortHarcourt Branch Manager

Tade currently heads the Credit & Marketing department.

Ordia is a graduate of Law from Edo State university where he bagged an LL.B in 1994 and a BL.from the Nigerian Law School in the succeeding year.

His wealth of experience spans the Financial industry and the Oil & gas sector,having worked in various capacities in Devcom Bank (now Equitorial Trust Bank) from 1995-2001 and Conoil Plc from 2001-2006 from where he joined Wema Securities & Finance Plc.

Joko is a Chartered accountant and a graduate of the Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye where she bagged a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

She joined Wema Securities & Finance Plc after she had spent four years at Decor-Cem West Africa Ltd where she worked as an Accountant and later in the capacity of a Marketing/SalesOfficer.

Her experience spans accounting and marketing, and sheis currently the head of Treasury Services.
